1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by 1mjudi at the domain 1mjudi.asia (the "Platform"), you ("Member", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 1mjudi Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1mjudi ("the Company", "we", "our", "us"). Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 1mjudi Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout your continued membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 1mjudi Platform is strictly prohibited to persons under 21 years old. Age verification is mandatory and conducted as part of the registration process. The Company reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Registration on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or third party is prohibited without prior written consent from 1mjudi.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or court-mandated, whether issued by 1mjudi or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 1mjudi or any of its associated entities, without express written consent to participate in real-money gaming activities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 1mjudi Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate in your location. If access to the Platform is unlawful in your jurisdiction, you must not use it.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming products on 1mjudi, you must complete the registration process and maintain a verified member account. The following conditions apply:

• One Account Per Person: Each natural person may hold only one registered account on the 1mjudi Platform. Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your 1mjudi username or password with any third party. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. Notify 1mjudi support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Verification: 1mjudi may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or withdrawal holds until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1mjudi Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: Deposits may be made via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods are subject to change; current options are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) and same business day for bank transfers submitted before 22:00 MYT. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending verification.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply by default and are detailed in your account settings. VIP tier membership may carry elevated limits as described in the VIP Programme Terms.
• Source of Funds: You represent that all funds deposited into your 1mjudi account are from legitimate sources. The Company reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds at any time.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts as detailed in the account settings. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1mjudi may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other incentives to eligible members from time to time. Participation in any 1mjudi promotion is subject to the specific terms attached to that promotion and the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• Unless expressly stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to qualifying members.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including collusion, use of prohibited software, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds and wagering contributions from different game categories may vary; specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.

6. Gaming Rules

All games offered on the 1mjudi Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. The following general gaming terms apply across all products:

• All bets placed and accepted are final. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after they have been confirmed, except where cash-out functionality is explicitly available and activated by the member.
• Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for RNG-based games, and by live dealer procedure for live casino games. Results are final and binding.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 1mjudi will investigate and may void affected bets. The Company will not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions caused by the member's own device or internet connection.
• 1mjudi reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event with an obvious pricing error or where the integrity of the event is in doubt.
• Sportsbook bets are subject to the Sportsbook Rules available within the sportsbook interface. Markets, odds, and event coverage are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 1mjudi Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game outcomes.
• Collusion with other members to manipulate game outcomes, sportsbook markets, or promotional terms.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including use of stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal the origin of funds.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or communication with support.
• Using the Platform in a manner that disrupts, damages, or impairs the experience of other members or the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1mjudi Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of 1mjudi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 1mjudi.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 1mjudi provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
• The Company's aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
• 1mjudi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or interruptions. Members are responsible for their own data security when accessing the Platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

1mjudi is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Company provides the following tools to all members, accessible from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Configurable limits on net losses within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications at configurable intervals during active play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account lockout for periods from 24 hours to permanent closure.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

1mjudi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or source-of-funds verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Regulatory direction or legal requirement to restrict or close the account.
• Account inactivity, subject to the dormancy policy described in Section 4.

Upon account closure, any funds in your wallet that are not subject to pending investigation, forfeiture, or withdrawal hold will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

12. Amendments to Terms

1mjudi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, the Company will provide notice by email to your registered address or via a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming authority licensing frameworks and such other applicable laws as govern the Company's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising between you and 1mjudi, you agree to first contact the Company's support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits the Company's right to seek emergency injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
